Omis GIS

OMIS Geographic Information System enables you to manage developing cities through a map-based approach.
It allows you to collect, analyze, report, and deliver location-based data from the field in an integrated and seamless manner.

OMIS Geographic Information System (GIS) – Smart City Compatible Infrastructure

Thanks to its advanced infrastructure, OMIS GIS is fully compatible with Smart City ecosystems. It supports modern, environmentally friendly, and digitally integrated technologies that enhance urban living standards with functional and sustainable solutions.

Developed entirely with HTML5 standards, the system is fully web-based and works seamlessly on mobile devices without the need for additional installation. This enables field data entry in real-time, directly via the internet, improving efficiency during on-site operations. It serves as a powerful management tool not only for urban planning tasks such as zoning and address numbering but also for coordinating infrastructure works like roads, water, and sewage, ensuring synchronization with other municipal services.

OMIS is fully integrated with live services provided by ministries, such as MAKS (Spatial Address Registration System) and AKS (Address Registration System), allowing instant synchronization and accurate reporting of institutional address data.

The system operates on a fully parametric and process-based architecture, making it adaptable to all types of process optimization workflows. With multi-channel access capabilities, both internal and external users can easily access the system from anywhere.

The OMIS GIS platform supports multimedia formats like images, audio, and video, enabling the creation of enriched and dynamic content by integrating multiple data types and formats. The City Guide module, accessible from smartphones and tablets, allows citizens to interact with city data conveniently on mobile platforms. Additionally, a kiosk application is available for institutions, enabling public or staff access to key data directly through institutional kiosk terminals.

Thanks to mobile support in the E-Zoning module, secure data entry can be performed from any location. Our use of next-generation web technologies ensures smooth MAKS integration, and all data entered can be easily visualized within the City Guide.

OMIS GIS stands as a robust, modern, and scalable solution tailored to the evolving digital needs of local governments and smart urban environments.
