Omis YBS

The Omis Product Family has a modular structure.

The most distinctive feature of the information age is the ability to produce, distribute, and consume information accurately.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR INVENTORY WITH THE MOVABLE PROPERTY MODULE

The entry of received movable goods, as well as their transfers and movements between warehouses, have been redesigned in accordance with the latest regulations. Strengthened with barcode and stock tracking integration, the Movable Property Module offers a seamless user experience with its built-in reporting capabilities.

ALL PROCUREMENT METHODS COMBINED IN A SINGLE MODULE

Designed in accordance with the procedures and principles of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, the Procurement Module covers all stages of the purchasing process.
All required procurement documents are automatically generated by the system. It works in full integration with the Movable Property and Accounting-Budget Modules.

MANAGE YOUR HUMAN RESOURCES PROCESSES FROM A TO Z ON A SINGLE PLATFORM

Track personnel records, manage leave entries and approvals, calculate salaries, integrate seamlessly with accounting systems, and connect with time-tracking (PDKS) and electronic document management (EBYS) systems — all in one place.

FASTER SOLUTIONS WITH THE INTER-DEPARTMENTAL TASK TRACKING SYSTEM

Ensuring coordination and task tracking between departments has never been this easy.

MORE CORPORATE SOLUTIONS WITH PROCESS-BASED TECHNOLOGY

In addition to integration with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality White Desk and call center, the solution center and citizen request management module—now enhanced with map technology—offers even more powerful capabilities.

UNIFIED AND CENTRALIZED REGISTRY STRUCTURE

Enables each legal or natural person to be represented with a single registry number, allowing all transactions to be carried out through this number.
With the new-generation ID card design, individuals can benefit from municipal services by simply scanning their photo and registry number.

COMMON ADDRESS STRUCTURE FOR ALL MODULES

A next-generation, map-based address module compatible with the National Address Database (UAVT) and the Spatial Address Registration System (MAKS).

The Experience of the Past, the Technology of the Future

With its advanced modular structure, the OMIS Management Information System enables the automation of all municipal services — from Financial Services to Human Resources, from Cultural and Social Services to Legal Affairs.
By offering comprehensive reporting capabilities, it not only enhances the quality of services provided but also simplifies their delivery.

Technological Infrastructure

The new automation infrastructure is designed to operate on a process-based foundation. Process designs are developed in compliance with the BPMN 2.0 standard, allowing any desired function within any module to operate in a process-oriented manner. Tasks within these process-based modules and functions are assigned and monitored by the system automatically.

The system utilizes the latest and most robust software infrastructure technologies at a global standard. One major advantage of this is enhanced security — the software code is built using highly secure architectures that are extremely difficult to breach.

A shift from the HTTP to the HTTPS protocol across browsers further reinforces system security, creating a critical layer of protection.

Thanks to modern technologies, system integrations have become significantly easier, more stable, and error-resistant. The integration process is now both seamless and reliable.

All automation interfaces are now fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Any task that can be performed in the field is now accessible via mobile phones and tablets. Additionally, managers can access reports directly from their mobile devices.

In addition to having responsive web interfaces, OMIS also includes its own native mobile application platform, where field operation interfaces can be added natively. The application is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The process of developing new modules or applications has been significantly accelerated. Development environments have been modernized, coding standards updated, and developers now enjoy a more streamlined workflow.

The new system features advanced graphical interface capabilities, enabling the creation of rich, visual reports for administrators. A wide variety of high-quality, visually appealing report types are now available.

Beyond database logging (such as delete and update operations), report logging is also included. The system logs which report was generated, when, by whom, and with which criteria.

An asynchronous reporting feature is also available. For reports that may take time to generate, users can continue working after initiating the report. Once it is ready, they receive a notification. These reports are downloadable for 15 days under the “My Reports” section.

For caching operations, the system uses the Redis framework, which prevents unnecessary repeated database queries and significantly improves system performance.

The infrastructure supports automated deployment. From a centralized platform, the code is compiled, archived, transferred, and deployed to the server — all with a single click and fully automated.

Thanks to the load balancing architecture, the application operates with redundancy in live environments. During updates, the system remains operational. When system load increases, processes are distributed across multiple servers automatically, ensuring high performance and continuous uptime.
